CHDK firmware for Digic II cameras

- setup:
- unzip a CHDK firmware package to the root directory of a SD card (e.g. http://grandag.nm.ru/hdk/autobuild/allbest-a710-100a-51-413.zip)
- copy a czech translation into
/chdk/lang/czech.lngin cp1250 encoding - unzip {{notebook:chdk-config.zip}} to the same directory
- turn on a camera in the play mode and check an original firmware’s version: hold [Func.set] and [Disp.]
- load the CHDK firmware: in the play mode press [Menu], [Up] and [Func.Set]
- enable autoload of the CHDK firmware: press [Print] and [Menu], then select [Debug] and [Make a card bootable]
- lock a SD card by HW switch
- scripting using uBASIC, CHDK/AllBest firmware usage
